Req for Samsung browser APK

[Android Central Question]

I have a Galaxy tab 3 Neo, and recently factory reset it. All of my apps like Gmail and YouTube were updated but my stock Samsung browser wasn't and still runs the old version of chrome. Is there a way to update my stock browser to the newest version of chrome? Or if I need a APK, then can you please link the newest version. I'm not quite sure what to do.

What happens if you just check the Play Store for updates?

I can't update from Play Store because the stock browser doesn't even have an option to update.

Oh, I thought you said Chrome? Chrome is different from Stock browser. AFAIK the new Samsung Internet app is not compatible with older devices. Just download Chrome from the Play Store and use that instead.

The stock browser uses Google as default search engine, but for some reason, it is using old version of Google.
And the stock browser is faster than chrome, so I would like to use that if possible.
And sorry for saying chrome, I meant the Google search engine.

Or if you know the APK for the stock browser, can you please link it. It uses the same browser as Galaxy S4, I think.
