i factory reset my phone and forgot the gmail account i first signed in before reseting it

Welcome to the forums. That's the Factory Reset Protection at work to protect your personal information if your phone is stolen. Unfortunately you can't bypass this security feature and you need to remember your Google credentials. Sorry.
