Are you looking for some special capability? Bluetooth is an industry standard. Phones have a set of "profiles" they will support, headsets and speakers support a certain set of those profiles. Plantronics, Beats, Motorola, LG, Bluedio, etc, etc, ALL sell compatible headsets that support most of the common functions.
My preference? I have a Plantronics Voyager Legend and use it ALL the time (I also have the base unit to connect it to my desk phone at work so I use it for calls with my desk phone also) and I couldn't be happier with it for phone calls.
For stereo in-ear headphones I've been happy with a Motorola set that is no longer made, I am anxiously awaiting delivery of my Zolo Audio Liberty+ buds, I backed the project on Kickstarter.
For over-ear I have two pair of Bluedio Turbine T2S and can't recommend them enough when you factor in the cost. I've used them on planes to listen to some Netflix videos and music and had no trouble hearing the audio.
