Colleagues unable to reach me?

I am a Samsung Galaxy S8 user. I am from Hawaii. The problem is I've been having an issue where colleagues can't reach me (calls, messages, voicemail) from the work phone, which is a landline, or personal cell phones. I don't have any issues with iPhone people. In fact, most of the people have note phones or android phones. My phone number is correct at my job, i haven't changed any of my voicemail or text message settings, and I havent blocked anyone. Colleagues suggested me to take this to stores like TCAWireless and few others. Has anyone else had this problem? Any tips appreciated. Should I visit store?

I would either call your provider or go into a store... sounds like an issue with your cell phone company. it might be the phone too.

As JHStewat said, the first move should be to your carrier's store. If the problem is that your account is set up wrong, they're the only ones who can fix it. If the phone is set up wrong, they can find that too.
