duel sim function is malfunctioning

i own a world unlocked duel sim phone. but when i install 2 sim cards neither card will connect to a network. it is an emergency call only connection

if it works with only one sim so it maybe a hardware issue.

i can use either card slot with either of my sims so both slots work. but as soon as both are in neither sim will connect to the network
