how to insert my sim card into my susan m5 4glte chinese phone

i have plastic mold adapters to try to insert my sim card into my new phone but can not adapt my sim card over. i have checked with two phone stores and they have been unable to figure out how to insert sim card properly so that it reads and activates my service
