No sound in some apps with Iconia one 10

[Android Central Question]

I am having an issue with the sound for my Iconia one 10. Essentially it will play through the speakers with Amazon music and notifications etc but in apps such as YouTube and iPlayer I'm getting no sound (although I do get picture). There is a!so no sound if I plug headphones in. Any idea how I can get sound? I assume some kind of software download is needed. I've looked around but I can't seem to find an answer!

Welcome to Android Central! First, try going to Settings>Apps, select YouTube, and Clear Cache/Clear Data. If that doesn't help, then go to the Play Store and make sure Android System Webview is up to date.
