S7 forced restart did not help. phone still stuck in provider update

Inserted ATT sim card phone still stuck in service provider update for 3 hours tried reinserting sim and also forced stop did not work

Bring it to your AT&T store. If they can't fix it, ask where the Device Support Center is. They should be able to fix it. (They can manually update it.)
