Device not listed in ADB - Need to find it on Vysor - S7 Broken digitiser

Hi all, I have a broken S7 with all my data on. The screen and digitser are broken, the phone is still working but I cannot access the screen to unlock to install sidesync etc.

I have read many a thread and seems the best way is to unlock with adb and then screen mirror in vysor, unfortunately I cannot get the device to list in adb list or pick up on vysor.

Please can someone offer some help.
