I'm looking for an Android app that can automatically adjust the media volume based on the decible output of the song playing. Certain songs on my phone are quieter or louder than others. It would be nice to have the volume adjust automatically so it stays consistent.

For that you'd need something like a Compander or a Level Devil - but devices that can handle that are large enough to put a large smart phone in, just using the unused space in the device. (And cost more than a flagship phone.) You could try the paid version of Precise Volume (+ EQ/Booster), but I don't know how closely it will control the volume.
