    press on the volume up button and that will make it go from vibration mode to sound on mode.

    you can also do it from settings>sounds and notifications>and make ringtone louder

    In addition to A Bochur answer : Modern smartphones let users Setup
    both vibration+Ring together : To doSo goto "Sounds and vibration"

    But it drains faster the battery, so better keep only the "Ringtone On"
    and the quick way to switch from -Vibration to Sound- is by

    Swiping the "Notifications screen" using the middle fingers
    you'll find the most important - Toggle icons here
