I used the drop and drag method to get my Itunes playlist into my Android. It is in a folder in the internal storage. It should be accessible but I can not find it in the Google Play Music. All I get is being asked to subscribe to Google Play for $$ per month so I can get pod casts, radios, etc. What should I do to access/play my music?

Welcome to Android Central! Did you only copy the playlist file, or the actual music files to the phone? The playlist file is just a database of songs -- you still need the actual song files.

When you open Google Play Music, you can ignore the subscription offer -- there should be a Skip or Not Now button. Then tap the Menu button, then Music Library. You can then sort by Artist, Album, etc. If you only want to see music that's locally stored, turn on the Downloaded Only switch on the main menu.
