Why is Samsung keyboard not working!?!?!?

[Android Central Question]

On my phone, which is a galaxy core prime, the keyboard will say unfortunately Samsung keyboard is not working after I dropped it on the bus. I've done soft resets on it and it has a password so I cannot get onto it and USB won't work without me logging onto my phone. Please help...
