my ultimate 2 lgl41c is stuck on LG screen,l. Any suggestions?

First 2 times boot process stopped at LG screen with home button LEDs flashing, removed and replaced the battery, that fixed the problem. Third time it did not. I've left the battery out for a week. I've used the appropriate keys to start factory reset. After"Factory reset processing" displays for about 5 seconds, it goes back to doing the same thing. I've tried LG bridge and LG mobile support tool. Anyone else have this happen to an LG smartphone? Any other suggestions?

Welcome to Android Central! Does LG Bridge or the mobile support tool even detect the phone? If not, then it's probably a completely corrupted firmware, or some hardware failure. You'll probably have to bring it to a repair shop (or contact LG if it's still under warranty).
