ZTE blaze glitching horribly but it's brand new

[Android Central Question]

My volume will randomly(not all the time) go up and down. That goes for media, ringer, everything. For no reason. I could be watching Netflix on my phone or staring at my home screen and will just start happening. Showing me the levels but going up and down as it please and I can't do anything about it. Also since I bought it, my Facebook messenger won't tell me if I get a message and every app I have crashes periodically. Nothing has worked properly since I got it and I'm starting to miss my smaller, better Aristo

Welcome to the forums! I'm sorry you are going through this, especially with a new phone!

Since it's brand new, if you are within your return window, I suggest taking it back to the store and opting for a replacement device. Keep us posted!
