why still appear the back up-factory data reset-restart

Hi guys, today i had this problem on my HUAWEI HONOR 4C (User's data partition has crashed,please choose an action:back up-factory data reset -restart) i tried them all but this problem still appear. I tried also with the hard reset but nothing, please can anyone help me?

Someone here may be able to advise, otherwise it may be worth contacting the manufacturer’s customer support.

If the user's data partition crashed, probably a few other partitions (like the system partition) also crashed (or you'd at least get to your home screen). You may have to reflash the phone's firmware. Look around in https://forum.xda-developers.com/honor-4c for help with that. Since the phone is no longer under warranty, flashing the firmware is free, and it's worth a try before resorting to paying for a repair (that may be nothing more than flashing the firmware).
