When i plug earphone then Audio not Record .?

i want an app that record screen video record with audio sound .... i use mobizen app ............ but i have a problem that is ,, when i plug earphone then audio is not record ... What the problem and what's the solution .. PLEASE tell me must

The problem seems to be with the app not recognizing that the headphones are plugged in and switching to the headphone microphone or keeping the phone microphone while connected - I would suggest contacting the app developer.

Or the headphones don't have a mic, but plugging anything into the headphone jack switches both the audio out and the audio in to the headphones. That's just the way phones are wired. If you want to use an external mic, you'll need a splitter plugged into the jack, into which you can plug headphones and a mic separately. (You can't use the internal mic if the headphones are plugged in.)
