    When I go to the play store and try to download an app it will say download pending

    What should I do about it. Thank you in advance.

    Welcome to Android Central! Does this happen on both wi-fi and mobile data?

    Try going to Settings>Apps>All, select Google Play Store, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Do the same for Download Manager. Now try again.

    If that doesn't work, try going to Settings>Accounts-Google, select your Google account, and remove it completely from the phone. Then add it back again, and see if that helps.

    My ZTE let's me download games all the time and my daughter has the same kind of zte. I can't download two games that my daughter can. What can I do?

    I. Can't dowload games apps neither update apps

    I have tried deleting all my cash has all the history all the Google account reloaded my Google account that would not work I'm wondering if I have to factory reset next thanks for your help
