I have a Lenova tablet (Android) I want to transfer all apps and data to A Samsung tablet

I would like to transfer all apps data and sd card to the newer Samsung. Photos are all backed on Google photos but would not like to go to play store and download 1 app at a time is there away to do this without having to go to a computer

Welcome to Android Central! Try using Samsung's Smart Switch, although this won't always copy every single thing over.

As far as "downloading 1 app at time", when I've upgraded phones, once you sign in to Google the Play store automatically starts downloading all apps you had installed.
