How can I delete a harmful app if Antivirus cannot detect it (Google Play Protect detected it)?

Google Play Protect notified me of a harmful app by the name "System Notification Service" and gave me the option to disable it. Despite disabling I get the notification every few days, about the same app, each time giving option to disable it again. Please help.

Look in Settings/App manager, and see if you can find it. If you can, uninstall it.

Otherwise, install Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and a good anti-virus app (which you should have running anyway).
