Why would a Samsung S7 have three phone Apps? Two which are hidden?

When I looked under the hidden apps section I see three phone Apps? Only the primary shows in the App draw. Why three phones? I got the phone second hand from a relative so it could be something they did? Just was wondering?

Welcome to Android Central! It might be different components of the Phone app that they didn't bother to label differently. On my Pixel 2 XL, There's Phone, Phone and Messaging Storage, and Phone Services (45.41 MB, 3.17 MB, and 188 KB in size respectively). Are those about the same sizes as your 3 Phone apps?
