How do I factory reset moto e 2nd generation

I forgot pattern unlock code and password to my email I used for the phonr

You will need your email password to reconfigure the phone once the reset is done. I suggest going to accounts.google.com and doing the account recovery. If you then still need to reset the phone you will need to wait 24 hours after the password reset before being able to log in to the phone.
