how can i dismiss this 360 seciruty app on my phone samsang galaxy e5?

I just cool down my phone through this app options,bt after that it just stuck,,,,, on my screen showing phone tempreture and some thing scrolling round and just round,,,and i am now enable to revieve any call ,messeges, or any thing else,,, though my phone is working still same but this phone tempreture just stuck so that i cant do any thing,,,seems it locks my screen,,, and it also enable to poered off so that i can get back! but noooo,,,,
