My device is asus zenfone selfie. My phone connects just fine to my home wifi, but internet disconnects occasionally while the wifi icon is still there and is connected. I cant ping my phone at that moment though it shows up on my list of devices. Im using google dns by the way. Ive tried rebooting router, ruled out wifi sleep policy, changed wifi channels. But i cant figure out what the problem is. Please help!

Does your WiFi work okay with other devices? Have you tried the phone on other WiFi hotspots?

Okay. I received your PM but was unable to respond because you were not using a recognisable forums username.
To answer the question that you asked in your PM: It’s far better to continue to post here in your original forum thread, which is visible to many members rather than just me, making it more likely that you’ll get helpful responses. At the moment all I can think of is to link this WiFi Guide:

Let us know if your problems persist, and welcome as a new member.
