    Some one disturb me so i need to identify the telephone number of a person

    Your carrier may be able to assist, but if the caller chose to hide their number when they called you the chances are slim they'll be able to get it for you unless you have a REALLY good reason. Just "disturbed" isn't enough, there would have to be a threat against life before there's even a possibility they will help you and that would require involvement from authorities.

    If no number is showing, you can set the phone to not ring on unidentified numbers. (Since they're almost always telemarketers or scams, you don't want them anyway.)

    If the number shows, just put the number (with the country code) into a Google search bar and see if you get any return. (It depends on the country, but in some places you will get a number of sites on which you can get at least some information for the phone number.)
