I have downloaded a virus n malware from google play....what should I do to get rid of it.

A month or two ago i downloaded an app from the play store and it was malioucis. It's basically took over my 3 android phone which are a j3,lg stylo3, s8+.. it jas actually locked me out of my stylo 3. Its also rooted in my phones. It's in system apps that came with my phone so I cannot delete them.. my knowledge is limited in the tech world but I need help. I have paid for norton wifi protection which has been breech and also malware.
