Intermittently not receiving texts on the Boost network

Just purchased the J7 Perx from Boost hoping it might solve the Not Receiving Texts problem that I was having with my old Prevail. Still happening every few days. No amount of updates or reboots help. Seems like this is a Network problem that has been going on for years.
