Apps are not downloading onto my Samsung J3

[Android Central Question]

I have a GooglePlay account and can see the apps there, for example What's App and Virgin trains. It says installed onto my phone, but it does not install. I wonder what could be wrong. I have already cleared the cache.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you looking in the Google Play Store app, or the Google Play Store website on the browser?

Did you already check the App Drawer to see if those apps are there?
