Why can't I receive pictures/video on my Astro 5s?

Ever since I bought my MaxWest Astro 5s, I have been unable to receive any photos or video through text. I desperately need help with this. I live in Canada if that makes any difference what so ever.

1. Make sure your APN settings are correct for your carrier. (Google apn <your carrier name without the brackets>)

2. Most carriers limit MMS (attachments sent via text) to bout 300KB or less. If the files being sent to you are larger than they, they won't go. You can have them emailed to you if they're up to 25MB. Above that, have the sender upload them to a site like MEGA and text you the link. (If he right-clicks on the file after uploading it, one of the choices is Manage link, and one of the choices in there is Link with key. That's the one he should text you (or email you).
