I have a Samsung Galaxy Tablet E and the screen just randomly goes black with a glow. It stays like that for a few seconds and I have to wait for it to go back to continue want I was doing. This happens several times a day and I don't know how to fix it it REALLY annoys me. Can anyone please help?

Welcome to Android Central! How frequently does this happen? If it's fairly frequent, see if it happens in Safe Mode: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-30001. If it doesn't, then something you installed is causing the problem -- uninstall apps one by one until the problem goes away.
