My Cubix cube 3 wont start

I just recieved a phonefrom my mom this afternoon, the battery drained and everytime I attempt to start my phone it dies while the phone is beggining to start, I tried to remve the battery but I discovered its unremovable, what should I do?

Welcome to Android Central! Is the phone brand new, or was it used or refurbished? What do you mean that the battery drained -- are you saying that it came with the battery completely drained? Or that it drains very quickly every time?

Let it charge on a wall outlet for at least 6 hours, undisturbed. Then try to power on again -- does it work now?
