So last night I was sitting on the couch with my phones. I was drawing with ibis paint on the phone in question. Both phone's were dying but decided to put this one on the charger. When I came back, my note4 had shut off at roughly 13%. I wasn't surprised since it had done that before. I sat it down next to me and waited. The note4 somehow ended up on the floor, but again, I wasn't worried since it had survived falling down stairs the year before. A 3foot drop to a carpeted floor shouldn't be anything. Anyway,I put it on the charger and walked away. I took it have at around 1230 (almost an hour later). I didn't try to turn it on until 1 and when I did the battery with the lightening bolt symbol kept flashing on and off with a vibrating sound. When I hold the power button, the title screen comes on,but goes off just as fast. My phone is completely dead and only does that when the charger is in it. I don't know what to do.

Welcome to Android Central! Let it charge undisturbed for at least 6 hours, then try powering on again.
