How Can I Get My Phone Back to the english language from Arabic

I am a blind Android user. I use android 6.01 mashmellow. My phone is a samsung galaxy grand prime plus phone, G532.
I accidentally tapped on the Arabic language, under language and imput in the settings menu. And since then, I've been unable to get the phone back to english. The settings app no longer appears on the phone, so I am now unable to access the language and imput sub menu. Please how can I resolve this problem.
