New phone, couldn't sign in to google account. there was a problem communicating with Google server

Just bought the new phone (Redmi Note 5A prime), has been tried to sign in Google account first time for this new phone by using mobile data (package is newly purchased) and through data hotspot but still not worked on the sign in. The page keep mentioning there was a problem communication with Google server.
Also tried to clear data of Google Play Store in phone settings and proceed to the 2 steps Google verification that suggested by others but also not worked.
How can I fix this issue?

Does the phone work to get to other internet sites? Try that first, so that you know.

Then bring the phone into your carrier and ask for assistance.
