Android Central Question

When the WiFi is standby as I am not downloading anything from the internet it probably communicates with the router to display the signal strength and keep the connection status. Does it use several data capacity? I would like to be informed regarding the healthy precaution.

Wifi doesn't ever use mobile data - there's no connection between them.

The phone doesn't regularly communicate with the router unless you're running an app that's connecting to wifi (like measuring the signal strength or using it for voice calls if your carrier does that). When it's not running an app that connects to wifi it doesn't communicate with the router at all.
