Why it keep saying message blocking on my moto e phone with metro pcs

I can't text message because it keep saying message blocking how do I correct that on my phone?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you asked MetroPCS about this? Do you have a limited texting plan? If so, maybe you reached your limit. Or does anyone else have control over your plan (like parents), and could they have placed the block?
