I'm using a rooted Samsung Galaxy S5 duos, running Android 6>, I've come across a few solutions, such as making arrangement in the headset's microfone, using SRC Recorder app, installing other apps, but I need to know if there is a way to flash something in the phone to allow it to record internal audio, flash some drivers or something.

You can't flash drivers, you'd have to flash a ROM that had the drivers installed (drivers would have to install to Linux - I suppose, if you could find ARM drivers for Linux, you could install them with a terminal app). But you'd have to write the driver too - I've never heard of a driver that sends the computer's audio output to its input.
