why are my apps not working

My charger to my tablet broke a while back and my tablet died, I finally got a new one but now my apps are all not working my enternet is working but all my apps say that there is no connection. I have tried clearing my cache but none of them will work they keep telling me to check my connection.

Have you fully charged the battery, or did you plug in the charger, then tried to use it with a discharged battery? After coming from a full discharge, you should leave the charger plugged in overnight with the tablet off.
