Firstly, I cannot get onto the main screen of my phone, so it's impossible to go to settings.
Secondly, the volume up, home button, power button combination does not work.
The Issue: I am setting up a refurbished samsung S5 phone and, after setting up google account details, select 'not now' on the 'add another email' page and click next. It goes onto the 'get your apps and data' page. I cannot click next because it comes up with the error message 'unfortunately, google play store has stopped'. If I click 'ok' on the error message, it reverts to the previous page.
It is impossible to continue with the set up!!! Help!!!

Given your second problem, it may be best to return the phone.
