If you're using it for data (pictures, videos, music, documents, etc.), the speed isn't an issue, because you can't tap fast enough to exceed the cards's speed, and an app has to load and open to handle the file anyway. But "moving" apps to any SD card is a bad move. If the card goes bad, you lose the app and its data, you don't save much space anyway (only small pieces of the app are moved, Android doesn't move the entire app in one piece) and links to each piece are put into internal storage, the app will load slower than it would from internal storage, and the card won't last as long (it has a fixed number of write cycles, and storing an app's data on the card uses write cycles).
