Can I connect to WiFi and 3G/4LTE at the same time?

I got a drone that connects to my device via WiFi. The app DJI GO 4 needs internet connection to update a no fly zone but needs to be connected to the drone via WiFi thus needing both connections enabled at the same time. I saw some people had success using "developer" options and enabling 4G while WiFi was on/being used but cannot find that option on my device.
