Why is my phone turning on and off and vibrates everytime it turns on then turns off

Well my phone was at a 25 percent charge then it died for no reason i tried to turn it on when pushing down the button but it acted completely dead. So i plugged it in and it said it was at a 25 percent charge so i leave the charger connected in and it worked perfect. So i took out the charger and for a few seconds it worked then a couple seconds pass by and it completely turns off so i put the charger in once more then it keep having a seizure where it would vibrate as it turned on then immediately turn off then vibrate then turn on and just a continuing cycle soo rn im letting it charge.

Sounds like the battery is shot, which explains the shut down at 25%. The attempted restarts may be a result of that as well, but I'm not certain of it.

Charging for a few minutes doesn't do much. Charge the phone overnight and see what happens. Also, stop discharging it past 40%. Lithium batteries are not deep discharge batteries.
