my phone is coolpad note 3 plus and it is off. not reacting

[Android Central Question]

i had plugged in my coolpad note 3 plus into the laptop for transferring files but since i have plugged it out there has been no activity on the phone it has neither switched on nor switched off.. it is an off mode though because nothing is there on the screen.. it is not responding to charging also! is there any way through which i could restore back my phone with all its content still intact? please help
