my tecno s1 phone keeps on optimizing apps and does show the desk top what is wrong?

the phone when i turn it on, it starts optimizing apps 1 to 18 after which the word tecno comes and remains on the sceen for some time then it starts optimizing apps again. what is wrong with my phone?
