    Good afternoon.

I have had a Note 4 since release, have loved every minute of it.
I was very disappointed when the last Note release was recalled.
Now with the new Note 8 here the question is, to Note 8 or not to Note 8.

As mentioned above, I have no issues with my Note 4, use for day to day for business and leisure.
I have heard that the support will be stopped for the note 4 (true or false)

At the end of the day, I don't want to regret the purchase and would appreciate the insight.

Note 4 to Note 8 or stay with the ol faithful Note 4.

    Thank you in advance.

    I have the same issue, and I wouldn't buy a Note 8 - the battery isn't removable.

The Note 4 hasn't been supported for a while, but LineageOS 14 (Nougat) is available for the Note 4 for some carriers. I don't think we'll see a LineageOS 15 (Oreo) though. (If you really decide to switch and want to sell the Note 4, and it's on T-Mobile, message me.)
