Android Central Question

Hello. I've been having issues recieving phone calls on my Bluetooth stereo in my car. My car will get the notification and is able to answer it but there is no audio for the ringtone or call. There is, however, audio for music while its connected to both my watch and stereo. I believe I've narrowed the problem down to my smart watch. I have a Samsung Galaxy S8 and a Gear S3. When i look under settings at my paired devices, my stereo has the "use for" sliders enabled for call audio, media audio, and contact access. My watch only has sliders available for call audio and that is enabled. When I try disabling that, it disconnects from my watch entirely and re-enables when I re-connect with my watch. I think this is the setting that's messing me up but I can't disable it without defeating the purpose of my watch. Any suggestions?

You can't have both the watch and the stereo connected for call audio - that's causing a problem. Bluetooth is a one-to-one connection, not a one-to-many connection.
