I enter verification too many times what can I do?

Hi there
Same one please help me to recover my account, I have two phones each time i change and use to ask fo verification number. I did knw if too much is not good. Now i can’t use my whusap it tells me i did it too many times.
Sorry guys there is anyway I can do to get my account back.

Trying too many times may have that effect, but have you tried again a day later?
