1.Call cuts off when talking. Making a call ph will dial for 1-2 sec and cut of

When talking, the phone will cut off. Happens when I receive and make calls.
Second issue is dialing from my contacts list. Phone will dial and then cut off with message : "call ended". I redial and the call will go through. Has been happening for a few months now. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thanks
