sd card not working

In my glexy j5 sd card not detected but my sd card is working properly in pc please help

Welcome to Android Central! When the card is in the phone, does anything show up at all in the Settings>Storage menu? Do other cards work in the phone?

Hi I have the same problem.. i insert my SD card and it won't even give me the option to mount it? I have tried two different SD cards one was 64GB and the othr is only 16GB. You able to help
