why i can't install/unistall apps or delete/share any files in huawei y520-u22?

[Android Central Question]

i have huawei y520-u22 ,its shows unfournatully...........etc. i flash it with sp flash too., shows ok done.but nothimng changes in mobile,i cant delete files photos vedios or any any file in stroage,can't format stroage,can't install apps or remove google account,can't sd or otg upgrade...plz help

Welcome to Android Central! More details would help. What do you mean it shows "unfortunately........etc"? What are the exact error messages you see?

I assume you rooted the phone -- are you using a custom ROM? Are you certain the ROM you're using is for that exact model?
